Your satisfaction is guaranteed

All purchases (excluding sale and special orders) are returnable within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Items need to be in new condition. Returns must include original packaging and receipt, unless defective. A restocking fee may apply on bike purchases that are returned for a refund on all payment methods other than cash or check. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.

Sale and special order items are returnable for store credit or exchange only.

We strive to offer exceptional customer service. If ever we fail at this, please tell us, and we will do what it takes to make it right. Please email or call and ask to speak with one of the owners.

Price protection guarantee

If we have a sale or lower the price within 30 days of your purchase, just bring back your receipt and we will refund the difference.

Price match guarantee

We will match the price for any locally available identical product that is in stock at a lower price for up to 30 days after your purchase. This does not apply for service items. We are unable to match pricing on mail order and web pricing. Just bring in your receipt and proof of the lower price and we will credit you the difference.

Free safety tune-ups for one year on new bikes

We will perform a free check-over on your bike around the 30 day point, and perform simple adjustments on your bike for the first year free. Just give us a call to make an appointment, or stop in for quick adjustments.

Warranties

We honor manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty claims made within one year will not incur labor or shipping charges.

Privacy

We don’t share your personal information with anybody. We do not send unsolicited bulk email or postal mail. We do maintain mailing lists whose members assent expressly, verifiably, and revocably to being on them.

Security

We may store your payment information in electronic encrypted format for up to two business days. In certain areas, such as the payment information entry page, we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

International shipping

For all international orders including Canada, we impose a $30 surcharge per order to cover our costs in filling out customs paperwork, in making a special trip to the Post Office, in assuming greater risks of loss or damage, and to offset the higher costs of return or warranty service shipping charges.
