What's included:

• Brake Adjustments: We'll ensure your brakes are responsive and reliable, keeping you in control on every ride.
• Brake Bleeds for the new G Line (when needed): We'll restore your brakes to full power when necessary, ensuring your safety on the road.
• Shifting Adjustments: Experience crisp, accurate shifting for a smooth and efficient ride.
• Headset/Hubs/Bottom Bracket Adjustments: We'll keep these crucial components running smoothly. We'll inspect bearings for play and insure your internally geared hub is operating in tip top shape.
• Hinge Clamps and Levers Checks and Adjustments: We'll ensure your Brompton folds and unfolds smoothly and securely.
• Flat Fixes: Labor is included for tire and tube installation any time you get a flat.

• PitStop Express 10 Minute Walk-In Service:
• Pump Up Tires: We'll inflate your tires to the correct pressure for optimal performance and safety.
• Check Shifting/Brakes: We'll inspect your shifting and braking systems, making minor adjustments as needed.
• Torque and Lube: We'll check key bolts and fasteners, lubricating your chain and other moving parts.
• Evaluate Overall Condition of Wear Components: We'll inspect your brake pads, cables/housing, chainring, cogs, and chain for wear. We'll show you anything that needs attention and help you make an appointment to get it repaired.

Here's how the Pro Maintenance Plan enhances your Brompton experience:

• Pro-Level Component Replacement (when necessary): 
  • Firmware Update: A Brompton Electric firmware update is a software upgrade for the electric system on Brompton folding bikes. These updates can improve the performance, reliability, and functionality of the bike's motor, battery, and other electronic components.

  • Drivetrain Refresh: We'll replace your chain, cassette/cog/chainring when they've reached the end of their lifespan, ensuring optimal performance and preventing premature wear on other components.

  • Smooth Operator: New cables and housing will be installed when needed, providing crisp shifting and responsive braking.

  • Confident Stopping Power: We'll replace worn brake pads and rotors (G Line) to maintain optimal braking performance and safety.

  • Flat Protection: New tubes and tires will be installed when needed, keeping you rolling smoothly and confidently.

• Wheel Integrity: We'll replace any broken spokes to keep your wheels strong and true.

• Annual Service:
• Deep Cleanse: Thorough cleaning of your Brompton's frame and components.
• Hydraulic Brake Rejuvenation: Complete brake bleed with fluid replacement for optimal performance.
• Hub Gear Optimization: Lubrication and thorough inspection of your hub gears.
• Battery Health Check (Electric): Capacity test to assess your battery's health and performance.
• Bearing Inspection and Replacement: Inspection of hub and headset bearings, with replacement if needed.
• Broken Spoke Replacement: We'll replace any broken spokes to keep your wheels strong and true.

What’s Not Covered:

• Parts: The plan does not cover the cost of any replacement parts.
• Damage Repair: Repair of damage from accidents, abuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance is not covered.
• Wheel Rebuilding: Wheel rebuilding is not included in the plan.

The Fine Print:

• Eligibility: This plan is available for purchase within 15 days of the original purchase date of a new Brompton bike from Clever Cycles. Plan eligibility is subject to our discretion.
• Non-Transferable: The plan is valid only for the original bike and owner.
• Plan Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a plan, with a refund for the unused portion provided.
• Service Scheduling: We will work with you to schedule your annual service during the winter months.
