• Quote: The monthly cost will be provided with all the accessories included.
• The Plan: Month-to-month subscription with a 2-month minimum commitment. 15% of your subscription payments can be applied to purchasing an ebike at Clever Cycles.
• Sign: Electronically sign our subscription agreement.
• Upfront Costs: Pay a refundable $500 security deposit and your first month’s subscription upon reservation and we'll start preparing your new ebike.
• Ready to Ride: Pick up your fully assembled, outfitted, and fully charged eBike at Clever Cycles.
• Delivery: We believe the best way to ensure your bike is perfectly suited to your needs is through an in-person visit to our store, where we can guide you through every detail. However, for your convenience, we’re can provide delivery through our Lugg service (delivery fee applies) if visiting in person isn’t possible.
• Flexible Cancellation: Cancel anytime with a simple 21-day notice. There is a two-month minimum subscription charge.

• Age Requirement: Subscribers must be at least 18 years old.
• Helmet Use: Helmets are mandatory for all riders and passengers.
• Storage and Security: E-bikes must be stored in a secure, enclosed area overnight and locked when unattended.
• Prohibited Uses: Subscription E-bikes cannot be used for commercial purposes – including courier or delivery services.
• Payment Terms: Security deposit and first payment due upon reservation; monthly billing begins on pick-up day. All payments must be made through ACH with automatic payments.
