High-Precision Sidepull Braking Built to Fit Modern Bromptons
This machined 6061 aluminum brake is designed specifically for Brompton folding bikes, with modified reach and hardware to match the bike’s unique mounting and clearances. A sealed-cartridge bearing roller bridge and an adjustable trunnion help deliver smooth, consistent braking with fine-tune adjustability.
It uses some of the existing brake mounting hardware from your Brompton, so it’s important to follow the included mounting instructions. Designed for the latest version of Brompton bikes: the front brake mount is recessed, and the rear is not. It is not currently compatible with older Bromptons that use a non-recessed front brake mounting setup.
