The clip slides right into the back of the light, replacing the rubber strap. Your clip-on tail light can now be clipped to a saddle bag, backpack, etc. This new clip also makes our USB Tail lights compatible with the Stayputnick Bracket, Tail Light Rack Bracket, Tail Light Basic Set, or Horizontal Tail light Bracket.

Please note: Once this clip is installed the light will no longer be able to connect to the seatpost mount that came with the light, and the clip cannot be removed. It will instead work with the Stayputnick Bracket, Tail Light Rack Bracket, Tail Light Basic Set, or Horizontal Tail light Bracket.
