We’ll ask for info like the make/model, year, original purchase price, approximate mileage, and any upgrades or issues we should know about. You’ll also be able to upload a few photos of the bike (to show its condition) and attach your proof of purchase. The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.
2. Get Your Free Quote: Once we receive your info, our team will get to work. We’ll evaluate your eBike based on the details you provided (using our trade-in criteria) and current market research. You can expect a response with a trade-in value quote within a few days (often sooner). We might reach out with any follow-up questions if needed.
3. Bring in Your Bike for Inspection: Like the quote? Great! The next step is to bring your eBike into our shop for a quick inspection.
