While there's no absolute solution to punctured tubes, Tannus tire inserts add a little extra insurance against flats. The extremely lightweight Tannus liner takes up space in between your tire and tube to keep that extra tenacious glass or staple from ruining your day. 

If you're getting lots of flats, we recommend upgrading tires before buying tire inserts or liners.

Tannus tire inserts are sold individually. The inserts will compress over time, so we recommend replacing them every few years for maximum protection. Inserts maybe need to be trimmed if the tire size is at the lower number in the range.
