Can I try one before I buy?
Yes — drop in any Tues–Sat for a 15-minute test ride. No appointment needed for the C and P lines; we'll book one for electrics so a charged bike is waiting.
Do you assemble it?
Every Brompton is built and dialed in by our Portland mechanics before you take it home. Tires set, gears tuned, fold checked, fit adjusted to you.
What about returns or swaps?
We swap handlebars within 30 days of pickup if the fit isn't right — no charge. Bromptons rarely come back for any other reason, but if you change your mind we'll work with you.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the lower 48 — fully assembled, ready to fold and ride. Portland-area customers usually prefer to pick up so we can dial fit in person.
