Bikes We Work On
We’ve seen it happen: a rider brings in a direct-to-consumer e-bike for a simple repair, like a brake adjustment. During service, a small part cracks—something we’d normally replace right away. With the brands we carry, that’s easy: we order the part and get you rolling again. But many online-only bike companies don’t supply shops with parts, don’t answer support requests, or have already disappeared. That leaves the rider stuck and us unable to help. To prevent situations like this, we only service brands that back up their bikes with real parts availability and dealer support.
We proudly stand behind the bikes we sell, along with other reputable brands built with shop-supported components. This includes Bosch and Shimano-equipped e-bikes, as well as non-electric bikes where we can reliably source the parts needed to keep them safe and road-ready.
