  • Details That Matter

The Avignon C380 isn’t just upright — it’s engineered to reduce rider strain across contact points. The swept-back cockpit geometry, ergonomic grips, deep suspension compliance, and high-volume tires all contribute to a ride that feels smooth even on broken pavement or long routes. Unlike performance-tuned frames, this one prioritizes fluid slow-speed handling and controlled momentum, making it ideal for riders navigating city traffic and frequent stops.

The Bosch Smart System integrates app control, locking features, and system updates. And because the Enviolo hub uses sealed internal gearing with no derailleur, the drive system is protected from knocks, winter grit, and storage damage. Twist, go, arrive.

  • Is This Your Gazelle? Read On.

You want an ebike that feels like an electric glide, not a sport machine. Your priority isn’t speed, it’s ease, posture, and confidence. You want to step through, sit upright, twist to adjust resistance, and ride without thinking about mechanical maintenance. If hands going numb, back strain, or clothing clearance are concerns — the Avignon C380 was built with you in mind.

  • Pure Gazelle

With over 130 years of design background, Gazelle's approach is to overbuild the frame, hide the engineering, and let comfort and reliability speak louder than tech specs. The Avignon is the clearest example of that philosophy: a premium utility vehicle disguised as a relaxed city cruiser.

Bike Sizing, Simplified

Gazelle bikes don’t come in a dozen frame sizes like racing bikes — and that’s on purpose. Their upright, comfortable design and step-through frames let each size fit a wide range of riders. A more relaxed seat tube angle and higher handlebars mean that when you raise or lower the saddle, your leg reach and distance to the bars adjust naturally. In other words, one frame can fit people who are several inches apart in height. When choosing your Gazelle, the right size depends mostly on your height and preferred riding posture, not on fine-tuned racing measurements. Use the chart below to find your size — we’ll set up the saddle and handlebars so it feels perfect for you.

Rider Height Frame Size Frame Label
4'9"–5'2" 40 XS
4'10"–5'6" 45–46 S
5'6"–5'10" 50–53 M
5'10"–6'3" 55–57 L

If you’re between sizes, choose smaller for closer handlebars and larger for a bit more reach.

Fine-tune at pickup

We’ll set saddle height and handlebar angle for you in minutes. Expect about 4 inches of seatpost range for multi-rider households.

Step-through vs step-over

Step-through: easiest to get on and off. Step-over: slightly sportier feel.
