Most ebike brands — including many we don't sell — as long as the battery is certified UL Listed. Sorry, we can no longer accept Rad Power bikes. The bike must be structurally sound and in good working order: brakes, gears, motor, and electrical all functioning. Scratches and scuffs are totally fine.

Four things: brand (trusted names hold value), original purchase price, year and mileage (less wear = more credit), and current market demand — just like cars, the used ebike market fluctuates.

Everything essential that came with the bike — at minimum the battery, charger, and any keys. Plus proof of ownership (original receipt or invoice is ideal) and state-issued ID when you bring it in.
