Bikes Eligible for the Portland EBike Rebate Program

Every ebike on this page meets the requirements of Portland's PCEF E-Bike Rebate Program (Portland Rides) — Class 1 or 2, motor 750W or less, and UL 2849 or EN15194 certified. Cargo models have integrated extended frames built to carry 100 lbs or more, which is what the program requires (add-on racks and trailers don't count).

If you're an approved voucher recipient, this is your shortlist. Filter by brand, price, or availability above to narrow things down, then come see us — we'll match you to the right bike and apply your rebate at the register.

Voucher amounts you can apply at checkout:

• Up to $1,600 toward a standard Class 1 or 2 ebike
• Up to $2,350 toward a cargo ebike
• Up to $8,500 toward an adaptive ebike
• Plus $300 for accessories — helmet, lock, lights, fenders, racks

You don't pay full price upfront. The voucher comes off at the time of purchase, and you have 60 days from approval to redeem it.
