Shipping and Returns
Cargo Bike & E-Bike Shipping
We make it easy to get your bike! Fully assembled e-bikes and cargo bikes ship via a trusted private carrier network on the West Coast, arriving ready to ride—no complicated setup required.
- Shipping is straightforward and affordable, typically $200–$400 for e-bikes and cargo bikes shipped to the West Coast.
- With Oregon’s zero sales tax, you’re already saving!
Not on the West Coast? We’re happy to provide shipping quotes. Message us with your zipcode and what you are interested in.

Brompton Shipping
- A, C, P, and T Line Bromptons ship free.
- The larger G Line doesn’t ship free, but we offer discounted shipping rates.
- Brompton bikes require a signature upon delivery.
Online Orders (Non-Bike)
- Web orders usually ship the same day if received before 1 PM.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. We ship via UPS and USPS for the fastest delivery.
Shipping Limitations
- Some items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.
- Remote locations may incur a surcharge above the estimated rate.
- We do not ship internationally (including Canada, eh).
- Shipping charges provided at checkout are estimates. We reserve the right to cancel orders/shipments that were estimated incorrectly.
Returns
- Purchases (excluding sale items, special orders, and freight-shipped bicycles) are returnable within 30 days for exchange or refund.
- Items must be new, with original packaging and receipt.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to bicycle returns.
- Bikes with over 25 miles are not returnable.
- Labor fees may apply for accessory removal or modifications on returned bikes.

Customers cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow at least 7 days for processing.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- For defective or damaged items, contact us for a refund or exchange.
