- Bikes must fold and unfold properly
- Frame must be free of cracks or structural damage

Condition Guidelines
Excellent: Minimal wear, all original parts, no cosmetic damage
Good: Light wear, minor cosmetic scratches, all components functional
Fair: Moderate wear, some replaced parts, fully functional with normal maintenance needs

How long does the process take?
Once we receive your bike, evaluation typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive your trade-in credit code within 24 hours of approval.
Can I trade in other bike brands?
Currently we only accept Brompton folding bikes for our remote trade-in program.
What if my bike isn't approved?
We'll contact you with details. You can choose to have it returned (shipping costs apply) or donate it to a local cycling advocacy organization.
Does my trade-in credit expire?
Trade-in credits are valid for 90 days from issue date and can only be applied to new Brompton bike purchases.
Can I combine my trade-in credit with other discounts?
Trade-in credits cannot be combined with other promotional codes, but can be used during sale periods on already-reduced bikes.
