The T Line One (1-speed) weighs just 16.4 lbs—the lightest Brompton ever. The T Line Urban (4-speed) weighs approximately 17.5 lbs. The T Line Explore (12-speed) weighs around 19.8 lbs. For comparison most city bikes weigh upwards of 30 Lbs.

The T Line titanium framesets are made in Brompton's specialist TIG welding factory in Sheffield England. The frames are orbital welded then TIG welded using specialized techniques for titanium. Final assembly happens at Brompton's London factory.

For riders who carry their bike often and value every ounce—yes. The T Line is noticeably easier to lift and carry. For occasional folders or riders who mostly ride rather than carry, the C Line or P Line delivers excellent value. The T Line is the Brompton when weight is key.

Yes. The T Line folds to the same compact dimensions as the C and P Lines in under 20 seconds. The premium materials do not change the fold—just the weight.
