The Kryptonite KryptoFlex 710 Double Loop Cable extends what a single lock can cover. Thread it through a front wheel, a saddle, a child seat, or a trailer, then close both looped ends inside the shackle of your U-lock, disc lock, or padlock. At seven feet it has enough length to capture two bikes on one lock, or to bring a wheel and frame back to a rack that a compact U-lock cannot reach on its own.
The 10mm braided steel core provides increased cut resistance over thinner accessory cables, and a vinyl jacket keeps it from scratching paint on your frame or the bikes parked beside it. It coils down small and weighs just over a pound, so it rides in a pannier or basket without getting in the way. This is a supplement to a primary lock, not a replacement for one: the cable only secures anything when paired with a U-lock, disc lock, or padlock, sold separately.
