Organic pads, produced with a ceramic barrier between the organic friction material and the steel backing plate to reduce heat transfer into the brake caliper causing brake fade.

Hard to say enough good about Clever Cycles—they were responsive and transparent at every stage in what turned out to be a rather drawn-out process to get us a Tern GSD Gen 3, and took pains to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted/needed. Absolutely the place to go if you need an electric cargo bike (or any other kind of bike, for that matter).
