Schwalbe Tire and Tube Warranty Information
All Schwalbe products purchased from our store are covered by a manufacturer's warranty provided by Schwalbe Tires North America, Inc. (SNA), the exclusive distributor for North and South America.
Warranty Coverage
Schwalbe offers warranty coverage for factory defects on all products for:
- 3 years from the original purchase date, OR
- 5 years from the product's production date
- Whichever occurs first
How to File a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Schwalbe Tires North America. To begin your warranty claim:
- Complete the Warranty Request Form on the Schwalbe Tires North America website
- Submit required photos of the product showing the defect
- Await assessment by the SNA Warranty Department
The SNA Warranty Department will inspect your submission to determine if the issue qualifies as a factory defect according to manufacturer standards set by Ralf Bohle GmbH.

- Warranty coverage is specific to factory defects only
- All warranty claims are handled directly by Schwalbe Tires North America
- The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty requests according to their quality control procedures
