The Shimano Altus SL-M315-7R is a right-hand trigger shifter for 7-speed rear drivetrains, built around Shimano's RAPIDFIRE Plus mechanism. The slim lever body keeps the cockpit uncluttered, and the thumb and index finger levers sit right where your fingers rest naturally — no repositioning required to change gears. Compatible with 2x7 and 3x7 mechanical setups, it works across a wide range of Shimano rear derailleurs from Altus to Tourney.
The Optical Gear Display sits just below the handlebar, showing your current gear position and how many steps remain in either direction — useful on the road or trail without taking your eyes off the path. Includes a Shimano OPTISLICK inner cable, which has an electrically coated surface that reduces friction and resists corrosion. Cable housing is not included.
