The Tannus Armour Tire Insert is a lightweight foam layer that sits between your tube and tire to give unmatched puncture protection and ride comfort. Acting as a 360° shield around your tube, it cushions against sharp objects, rim strikes, and pinch flats.
Made from Tannus’s proprietary Aither material, it absorbs vibration and impacts without adding significant weight. The insert also supports the tire sidewalls, improving control and stability on pavement, gravel, or trail rides alike.
