StandupforBrompton's BBBR platform is a practical, attractive, light, and inexpensive deck for extra cargo or small passengers, who stand between the arms of the rider. For all these reasons we recommend it as a more compelling adjunct to Brompton's front luggage system than the rear carrier. Unlike the rear carrier, items lashed to the deck needn't be removed prior to parking or folding the bike. Take care to tighten the main frame hinge clamp a little bit more firmly than usual, and avoid large bumps with heavier loads to avoid frame damage not covered under warranty.
