Walk In Service Policy

We know sometimes your bike needs attention right now. We do our best to help with walk-in repairs whenever we can.

What We Can Usually Do on the Spot

  • Fix a flat
  • Brake or gear adjustment (hydraulic brake bleeds require appointment)
  • Install simple accessories
  • Quick brake or gear adjustments
  • Install simple accessories (like lights, racks, or fenders)
  • Safety checks (air, brakes, chain lube)

What Needs an Appointment

  • Tune-ups and overhauls
  • Electrical diagnostics (we work on Bosch & Shimano ebike motors only)
  • Larger or more complicated repairs

How Walk-Ins Work

  • First-come, first-served
  • We’ll give you an estimated wait time when you drop off your bike
  • During busy days, we may need to schedule your repair for later

A Few Notes

  • We only service ebike brands and systems we sell and support (Bosch, Shimano, etc.)
  • If your repair turns out to be more involved, we’ll give you a call before moving forward

Bottom line: If it’s a small fix, there’s a good chance we can get you rolling again today. For bigger jobs, we’ll set you up with an appointment so you don’t waste a trip.
