Hybrid Ergonomic Grips for Touring, Trail, and E-Bikes
The Ergon GS1 Evo reimagines comfort for bikepacking, trail riding, endurance events, and e-bike touring by fusing the best of two Ergon lines: the iconic GP1 wing platform with the mountain-specific ergonomics of the GA3. The result is a sleeker grip than the GP1 but with a larger supportive wing, combined with three texture zones precisely adapted to hand anatomy (thumb, fingers, and palm). The dual-touch surface delivers a softer grip in your palm while maintaining secure control at the fingers. Lock-on aluminum clamps let you dial in the perfect wing angle to match your riding position.
Ergon built the GS1 Evo from a medical-grade rubber compound developed and manufactured exclusively in Germany, certified by TÜV, toxin-free, latex-free, and hypoallergenic—engineered for riders who prefer direct hand contact without gloves or want absolute confidence in material safety. The UV-stable compound resists degradation from sun exposure over seasons of riding. Available in two sizes (Small and Large) to fit varying hand sizes, and in four colorways (Black, Chilli Red, Moondust Grey, Nightride Blue), the GS1 Evo grows with your riding ambitions, whether your journeys are quick local runs or transcontinental tours.
