Shipping Policy – Print-On-Demand Products
Some items in our store are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand (POD) partners. These products are made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. Because of this, shipping timelines and processes differ from our in-house or stocked items.
Production Time
POD items require time to be printed and prepared before shipping.
Typical production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order volume. Production time is not included in the shipping estimate.
Shipping Time
Once produced, most POD orders ship within:
• 3–7 business days within the U.S.
• 7–21 business days for international destinations
Shipping speeds vary by region and carrier.
Separate Shipments
If your order includes both POD products and non-POD items, they may ship separately.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment as soon as it’s available.
Tracking
All POD shipments include tracking whenever the carrier provides it.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order leaves the facility.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect POD item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Our POD partner will replace the item at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Because POD products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please double-check your size, color, and customization choices before completing your order.
Lost Packages
If a POD shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the provider to replace it after the carrier’s non-delivery window has passed.
Address Issues
Orders returned to the POD provider due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
