Description
Canvas Blank 5-Panel with Water-Resistant Wax Finish
The Muttonhead 5 Panel Blank in Army Waxed Cotton delivers a classic, customizable foundation with Canadian-made quality. Constructed from 100% cotton with a natural wax coating, the hat offers a clean slate for personal patches, embroidery, or as-is minimalism. The improved fitted construction ensures a comfortable wear without the need for additional adjustment, while brass hardware and a leather adjustment strap keep it securely in place across a wide range of head sizes.
Made entirely in a sweatshop-free factory in Canada, each hat is cut and sewn by hand with attention to construction detail. The waxed finish provides natural water resistance and ages gracefully with wear, developing character and patina over time. Two sewn eyelets on either side provide ventilation, and the antique brass closure adds understated hardware quality to an otherwise blank canvas.
