Warranty Coverage
Schwalbe offers warranty coverage for factory defects on all products for:
- 3 years from the original purchase date, OR
- 5 years from the product's production date
- Whichever occurs first
How to File a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Schwalbe Tires North America. To begin your warranty claim:
- Complete the Warranty Request Form on the Schwalbe Tires North America website
- Submit required photos of the product showing the defect
- Await assessment by the SNA Warranty Department
The SNA Warranty Department will inspect your submission to determine if the issue qualifies as a factory defect according to manufacturer standards set by Ralf Bohle GmbH.
