Stracciatella foam incorporates granulated material from saddles discarded during production, folded into new padding like the chips in its namesake Italian ice cream, so waste from the factory floor becomes part of your next ride. It comes in three shapes matched to how you sit: Athletic for forward-leaning riders around 45 degrees, Moderate for a semi-upright 60-degree posture, and Relaxed for fully upright 90-degree riding on city and cruiser bikes.
Whichever position fits you, a central Ventilation Channel lets air flow through an anatomic cut-out, keeping things cool while relieving pressure in the perineal area on longer rides. Royalgel padding absorbs and distributes pressure across the saddle surface, and the Royal Vacuum construction seals the saddle against wet weather. Scuff guards on the sides shrug off contact with bike racks and walls, and an integrated clip at the rear accepts Selle Royal saddle bags and accessories.
