A Hand-Pulled Print for Cyclists Who Run on Coffee
Coffee and Col II is an original linocut print by Shang Daili — part of an ongoing series celebrating the rituals and absurdities of cycling life. The image was hand-carved into a linoleum block, inked by hand, and pressed one sheet at a time. Because every print is pulled individually, no two are exactly alike. Small variations in ink coverage, impression depth, and registration are part of the process — the mark of a hand-made object rather than a mechanical reproduction.
Printed with oil-based archival ink on 300gsm acid-free cotton paper, this is the same archival-grade stock used in fine art and museum printing.
