How to File a Warranty Claim

- Complete the Warranty Request Form on the Schwalbe Tires North America website
- Submit required photos of the product showing the defect
- Await assessment by the SNA Warranty Department
The SNA Warranty Department will inspect your submission to determine if the issue qualifies as a factory defect according to manufacturer standards set by Ralf Bohle GmbH.
