Stiff, Smooth Folding Handlepost to Refresh a Tern Cockpit
This Physis handlepost is a take-off 320 mm unit for Tern bikes that use the Physis folding handlepost system. It is built around Tern’s 3D forging process, forming the post from a single piece of aluminum to eliminate welds and reduce flex for a more stable steering feel.
Inside, igus bearings support smooth folding action, and rubber seals help protect headset bearings. Precision machining helps the handlepost fit tightly to reduce looseness and rattling, and the hinge locks in place when the lever is closed. This is an OEM take-off part and does not include manufacturer packaging.
